[I’d be curious to see how W. annotated this one. The book was translated by François-Xavier Martin, who went on to become a prominent legal figure in Louisiana. I own one of these myself. Is this one two volumes bound as one or is it two separate volumes?]

Many of the actual volumes from George Wythe's personal library have survived to the present day. In particular, some books willed to Thomas Jefferson ended up at the Library of Congress in Washington, D.C., which has the largest collection of books originally owned by Wythe.
