THE counties of whose tithables, lists, or certificates of the members, for the year 1774, have not yet come to my hands, are ''Augusta'', ''Amherst'', ''Bedford'', ''Berkeley'', ''Betecourt'', ''Chesterfield'', ''Culpeper'', ''Elizabeth City'', ''Essex'', ''Fairfax'', ''Fincastle'', ''Goochland'', ''Hampshire, Hanover, Henrico, King George, Loudoun, Louisa, Lunenburg, ''Nansemond'', New Kent, Norfolk, Orange, Prince Edward, Prince George, Southampton, Stafford, Surry, Sussex, Warwick and Westmoreland'', with the lists of some counties. Their accounts against the public were not sent.
