Hardaway v. Bland

Hardaway v. Bland, 1 Jefferson’s Memorandum Books 56 (1768),[1] was a building dispute in which George Wythe represented the defendant who wanted to build a new mill below the plaintiff’s mill. Thomas Jefferson assisted Wythe.
