Harris v. Jefferson, 1 Jefferson's Memorandum Books 373 (1774),[1] was a case in which George Wythe represented Thomas Jefferson.

April 23. Note I have emploied Mr. Wythe in the following suits for Mr. Wayles's estate.
   Mercer v. Wayles's exrs.
   Jefferson et ux. et al. v. Skipwith & [ux.?]
   Jefferson et al. v. Stith.
