Please to pay to the Delegates of the State of Connecticut, the Sum of Seventy thousand Dollars, to be by Them transmitted to the Governor & Council of Safety for that State, to be by Them improved to passage Clothing for the Soldiers in the Service of the united States, They to be accountable & Charge the Sums to the Committee, according to a Resolve of Congress of the 25th Sept. Last.
