Hite v. Fairfax, 1 Jefferson's Memorandum Books 63 (1768),[1] was a case with both George Wythe and Thomas Jefferson for the defense.

Octob. 8. Hite (    ) v. Ld. Fairfax. Join G. W. in defence. It will come on the 3d. day of next court.[2]
