Governor Patrick Henry writes to George Wythe as Speaker of the House of Delegates conveying papers for the General Assembly.[1]

June 20th, 1777.

Sir.

The inclosed papers contain some Information which I beg you will be pleased to communicate to the general Assembly. With the greatest Regard I have the Honor to be
