Be it known that I George Wythe have resigned, and do, by these presents, resign, my office of professor of law and police in the College of William and Mary, in testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand, and affixed my seal the fifteenth day of September, in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and eighty nine.
