Jefferson v. Fleming's exrs., 1 Jefferson's Memorandum Books 373 (1774),[1] was a case regarding the estate of Bathurst Skelton, the first husband of Thomas Jefferson's wife Martha, in which George Wythe represented the Jeffersons.

Text of Jefferson's Entry

April 23. Note I have emploied Mr. Wythe in the following suits for Mr. Wayles's estate.
   Mercer v. Wayles's exrs.
   Jefferson et ux. et al. v. Skipwith & [ux.?]
   Jefferson et al. v. Stith.
Also for Mr. Skelton's estate in Jefferson et ux. v. Fleming's exrs.
Also for myself in Harris v. Jefferson et ux.[2]
