Mills v. Hayes, 1 Jefferson's Memorandum Books 101 (1769),[1] was a Chancery court case in which George Wythe commits to moving the next court to dissolve.

Text of Jefferson's Entry

June 8. Mills v. Hayes. Chanc. G. W. appears and sais he shall move next court to dissolve.[2]
