I George Wythe Judge of the High Court of Chancery of the Commonwealth of Virginia do hereby certify that the foregoing attestations of Peter Tinsley Clerk of the said Court is in due form. In testimony whereof, I have hereunto set my hand, and caused the seal of the said Court to be affixed at Richmond this 17th. day of June one thousand seven hundred and ninety nine.
