The defendant wanted some of the younger children to also be included as beneficiaries of property. The plaintiff opposed all but the oldest three. [[George Wythe]] and [[wikipedia:John_Randolph_(loyalist)|Attorney General John Randolph]] were the attorneys in the case. [[Thomas Jefferson]] assisted Wythe.
